Good Evening, It seems the quiz in Module 3 is from another course? The questions in the quiz of Module 3 had nothing to do with Insubordination vs Insolence but more to do with proving facts, expert witnesses & evidence, admissible hearsay and polygraphs... Please have a look at this? If I am mistaken, then I do apologise.
